The museum consists of two main rooms with exhibits of exceptional interest such as old lamps, chalices, incense and sacred vessels, old Gospels of the early 19th century, reliquaries, crosses, vestments and old stamps. The exhibition also includes a large collection of coins and banknotes from the donations of the faithful, Greek and foreign, as well as various offerings they left for Panagia Spiliani.

Other items that have been collected and are currently exhibited in the museum are associated with religious mysteries as old fonts, bridal and bridesmaid ornaments and pitchers used by brides to wash themselves before the mystery. You will also see various objects associated with the festival of Panagia Spiliani such as old pots for the chick pea soup and clay dishes.
